The Last One ❤

Wednesday | September 2, 2020
Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this adventure for the last six months - and those who joined along the way.
Last night, I made the difficult decision to shut down The Daily Thread. You have let me send 157 emails, write 27 original stories, meet some amazing people, and learn so much.
Why is this the end? I recently started a company and anyone who's ever done that will tell you it takes 100% focus.
So this is it. One last email for you. I've picked the absolute best stuff on my list.
I'd love to stay in touch. This email address (ryan@thedailythread.co) will be active for a few days more - feel free to reply. And my personal instagram is @sneddymobbin.
- Ryan
P.S. All my favorite Daily Thread content was from BASE Mag, Teton Gravity Research, Adventure Journal, Gear Junkie. If you want to keep The Daily Thread going for yourself, pop onto those sites from time to time.
P.P.S I just got some samples of the Everyday Shorts and the Momentum Tee from Myles. They are awesome and I've worn the shorts for two days in a row. Please check them out.
P.P.P.S. Don't worry about your data. I've never given your email address to anyone and I'll be deleting the entire list.
Deep Water Solo in Vietnam

Deep water soloing - AKA psicobloc - might be the raddest form of rock climbing. Falling 50 feet isn't a possibility. It's a certainty.
Vietnam is one of the best places in the world for psicobloc. Tim Emmett's a pioneer of the sport. Kyra Condie's a competition whiz. Together they attack The Lightning Crack and cheer each other on. Watch - 18 minutes
