As a test, I removed the top header image. Apparently, this is causing havoc in some people's inboxes. Just a test. This weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving. We may or may not be in your inbox on Monday depending on how much turkey I eat on Sunday. Turkey makes me sleepy.
